Phase One Expansion
Complete early Winter 2012:

A three-story, 38,000-square-foot cube addition, featuring 34 new guestrooms, including one junior suite and two suites finished with bar area, living room, bedroom and exclusive access to the new rooftop terrace
Courtyard heated pool and sundeck finished in custom basalt and flanked by cabanas and pool view rooms with sliding glass doors
Lobby living room featuring an inviting conversation pit and other stylish social points

Phase Two Expansion
Complete Summer 2012:

Renovation of existing 54 guestrooms
Conversion of existing lobby and Hillcrest-facing space into a classic diner-inspired restaurant by Tim McEneny and Doug Brown
The restaurant will serve three meals a day and feature an espresso bar, modern American menu and expertly crafted cocktails
Catering service to include indoor dining for up to 81 people, patio arrangements for up to 20 people and a private dining experience for up to 10 people complete with a flat screen television option and full staff at hand to attend to every detail
