Question Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms? Answer Hotel Lumen is a non smoking hotel. Question How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access? Answer Complimentary in-room wireless high-speed Internet access for Kimpton InTouch members. Question Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available? Answer Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms. Question Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours? Answer Yes. Our fitness center is equipped with two treadmills, one elliptical, two stationary bikes, free weights. And it's open 24 hours a day. Question Do you offer room service? What are the hours? Answer Yes. We have room service available for breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am. And for dinner from 5pm to 10pm. We also offer a snack menu from 10am to 7pm with hot and cold sandwiches & salads. Question Do you have a business center? Answer We have a business center equipped with a computer and a printer. It's not included in the room rate. Question How far is the hotel from the airports? Answer We are about 4.5 miles from Love Field (15minutes) and 25 miles from DFW (35 minutes). Reservations Question Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge? Answer Some of our rooms accommodate rollaways/cribs/playards.
