Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Answer
Yes. Our fitness center is equipped with two treadmills, one elliptical, two stationary bikes, free weights. And it's open 24 hours a day.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Answer
Yes. We have room service available for breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am. And for dinner from 5pm to 10pm. We also offer a snack menu from 10am to 7pm with hot and cold sandwiches & salads.

We have a business center equipped with a computer and a printer.

Do you have a pool?
Answer
No we don't, but guests may use the pool at our sister hotel (Hotel Palomar) at no charge.

No. But we do offer In Room Spa services. Please contact the front desk to schedule an appointment.

We do not offer shuttle services to or from the airport, but our front desk staff will be happy to make other arrangements for you.

Yes, our valet or self parking is $13.00 per night. It's not included in the room rate.

How far is the hotel from the airports?
Answer
We are about 4.5 miles from Love Field (15minutes) and 25 miles from DFW (35 minutes).

Reservations

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer
Some of our rooms accommodate rollaways/cribs/playards. Due to fire codes, some rooms don't have space for these items.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer
Please contact the booking agent or organization with which you made your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

18 years.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm the day prior to the arrival. On certain reservations, a special cancellation policy may apply.

A government issued photo ID is required on all reservations.

Kids 17 and under stay free in the same room reserved.

We are approximately 5 miles from downtown.

Restaurant

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Answer
Breakfast is served from 7am to 10:30am, Monday through Friday.
Our restaurant is closed for Lunch.
Dinner is served from 5pm to 10pm Sunday through Thursday; 5pm to 11pm Friday and Saturday.
Our Bar has the same hours as the restaurant.

For all billing issues, please call our accounting department.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

We accept all major credit cards.

Pets

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer
Hotel Lumen is a pet friendly hotel. No restrictions apply. Owners will be asked to complete a pet waiver when checking in.

Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?

Yes. We do offer pet free rooms.

Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
Answer
Pet sitting and dog walking services can be arranged through several outside services. Please see the front desk to set up times.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
Answer
Less than a block. Hotel Lumen is located in a residential area and a tree-lined neighborhood is right behind the hotel.
